Flipping from a coffee table for adults to a playful object for kids,
this furniture piece is designed to adapt through different stages of family life

Children's furniture tends to have a brief lifespan. As children grow, toys and child-specific furniture often become obsolete or lose appeal. This furniture piece serves as both a coffee table and a playful object, transforming easily with a simple flip. The older family members might use it to serve tea. As soon as they finished their last sip, they can flip the piece around for the young ones to play. The children then explore its balance, swirling around and rocking back and forth. Designed for the entire family, this object bridges the gap between adult and children's furniture. ‘Transformative Furniture’ proposes elegant furniture with a playful element, ensuring the piece remains valuable throughout different stages of family life.
