Unveiling Cracks, 2025

Intentionally working with dried clay, normally avoided in ceramics, to expose and control cracks and transform them into deliberate surface patterns. The moisture levels are carefully adjusted to create intentional cracks, while also embracing the unpredictable ones that naturally occur during the process. Rather than concealing these cracks, they are incorporated into the form, becoming part of a design language, both visual and structural elements applied directly to the surface of the objects. Through this approach, what is traditionally seen as a flaw is reinterpreted and applied intentionally in the design process.
